Come back here often for real estate updates, homeowner tips and buyer guidance.
Tip: Mold can form easily in anyone’s basement. A dehumidifier is part of the answer; but, the cheapest solution is to keep air moving with two or three fans running all the time. If you see a little mold, mix a little household bleach and water in a spray bottle. Spray liberally and rub with a cloth. You may have to do this a couple times.
In addition to tips and guidance for Buyers and Sellers, I will be adding comments and opinions about restaurants (BYO’s, too!) cost-saving suggestions, train information into Center City Philadelphia, used book stores, tack shop information for horse enthusiasts, and more.
Hi Mariah,
Awesome site!
Century 21 is lucky to have you. Thanks for taking the time to put these tips on your blog. I have never worked with anyone in your filed who tries as hard and is as effective as you!
Mariah, I love the site. Great Information!
Thanks for everything you have
done (and still doing) for Me and my Family…
Nice web site and blog, Mariah, It looks great. Thanks for all your help to date.
Very nice design, but no surprise to us Mariah fans. Full of the verve that keeps us loyal! Point of info…For lovers of Asian food, you could do worse than try the Green Papaya in Exton, just a stone’s throw east of Pottstown Pike on Lincoln Highway. Cuisine is Vietnamese. The service is a bit disorganized, but gracious. Try the summer rolls and autumn rolls! The shrimp crêpe is packed with tender morsels, very large, crisp, and fresh. Dinner for two about $50 including dessert and pot of tea. BYOB.
